If you're doing this for the first time this quick write-up might help you find your way around the few things you should consider as you work your way around all the bolts and fasteners, this is how I did it and it worked out well.
This is only a guide not a manual. I wont get into detail about all the clip locations but I'm attaching a screenshot from the workshop manual that indicates some of the major areas:

I also wanted to thank car friends in the Evolution Theory group for the guidance and contributing to my ability to write this guide.

You definitely want to jack up the entire front of the car because you will need access to the bottom for a few things.
Quick note, you don't need to pull the front air dam (lip) off to remove the bumper, and the fog lamps come off with the bumper (you will just need disconnect the electrical wires).
For my purposes I removed the lip because I needed to do some work on it.

1.Remove the brake ducts
The cooling ducts that flow from the front air dam to the back of the bumper and point at the rotors. Once you remove these you will gain access to the inside of those annoying screw in fasteners and will allow you to put back pressure on them to unscrew them.
You may as well disconnect the fog lamp wires at this stage since they are clipped to the cooling ducts anyway.

2. Pull out the signal light
There is a fastener under the signal light that holds the bumper to the fender. The signal light has one bolt at the top holding it to the headlight. Remove that screw obviously.
The turning signal enclosure can be pulled forward to remove it from the assembly (I highlighted the clip that actually holds it in place and is clipped to the headlamp):

I found the best method without damaging anything was to jam a flat screwdriver between the clipping points on the signal/headlamp and just wedging it out:

You don't have to disconnect the signal light, just pull the bumper clip out and you can freely pop the signal back into where it needs to be (totally up to you).

3. Pull all the other bolts and clips you can find
Basically do that and leave the frame bolts for last.

4. Pull the frame bolts
There are two bolts for each side, you technically need to only loosen the ones towards the rear and only pull out the ones towards the front. However I found the rear ones to be in the way so I pulled all of them out.
This is relatively what you are looking for under the car (on both sides):

A ratchet set with a long extension and a 12mm socket should do the job.

Once you have that and all the other fasteners out you can start wiggling the bumper left to right while pulling it forward. Don't pull it out all the way yet though.

5. Pull out the bumper a bit disconnect the water line from the front intercooler sprayers
Expose the washer fluid reservoir and pinch and disconnect the line that goes from the small pump to the sprayers

Pull the rest of the bumper out from the rails and you are done my friend!
Hope this helps to speed up the process.

Cheers!
